Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the bus, a digital service for school and workplace shuttles provided by Gümüş Labs (H. Kaan Gümüş).
1. The service
the bus provides live vehicle location, proximity alarms, notifications, boarding confirmation and rider-to-route matching for shuttle operators, riders and guardians. It is a digital service; it does not provide transport.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secret. Operators are responsible for the staff they invite and for the rider data they enter.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are digital services sold as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow the terms of the respective store. Prices per country are shown in the app before purchase. You can cancel at any time in your store account settings.
4. Responsibility for transport
The operator, not the bus, provides and is solely responsible for the physical transport: vehicles, licences, insurance, driver qualifications, guides where required by local regulation, and passenger safety.
5. Boarding confirmation and location are aids
Location, arrival estimates, alarms and boarding confirmation depend on phones, network coverage and GPS. They are aids, not guarantees, and do not replace supervision by the operator, the guide or the guardian.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to track people without their consent, to interfere with the service, or to access data you are not authorised to see.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for transport performed by operators, or for delays and inaccurate positions. Liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Store subscriptions must be cancelled in the store.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Contact: the-bus@gumuslabs.com.
